Yes. Salt is devastating to any thing it comes in contact with including concrete street. As an alternative to salt there are de-icing products that can be purchased at local hardware stores. Or, simply avoid the areas and let the ice melt naturally — temperatures are very up and down in Texas.
How does decorative concrete compare to natural stone?
While being more cost-effective, concrete is in our opinion more durable as well, as water cannot penetrate grout joints, freeze and pop loose. Almost all stone will flake with UV rays. Sealing maintenance will last up to three times longer with our acrylic sealer which cannot be used on natural stone. Our product is also easier to clean because we close the pores of the concrete with our seal.
Does your company offer any warranty on the work performed?
All installations come with a one year warranty on materials and workmanship.
